Method :
Season spareribs in mixture of
sauces, rice wine and sugar. Let stand for 2 hours, turning them
over every 30 minutes. Bake the spare ribs in an oven at
230oC until the meat is brown and cooked. Alternatively, cook the spare ribs
over a charcoal fire for 15 minutes on each side until cooked. Cut the ribs and serve garnished
with cucumber slices.
