Beef Stuffed Onions Recipes

Ingredients :

1/4 tsp

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

medium onions

ground beef

catsup

salt

grated Parmesan cheese

quick-cooking rolled oats

Method :
  1. Peel onions; cook in boiling salted water 20-30 minutes or till just tender.

  2. Drain and cool.

  3. Cut slice off top.

  4. Lift out centers, leaving shell intact.

  5. Chop enough of centers to make 2 tbsp; add remaining ingredients; mix well.

  6. Fill onions; sprinkle with additional Parmesan.

  7. Place in greased baking dish.

  8. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes.

Serves 2
