Method :

Soak the mushrooms and slice
thinly.

Also slice the red chilies thinly.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the
minced beef for 2 minutes.

Remove and set aside.

Using the same oil, fry the pounded
shallots, garlic, ginger and mushrooms.

Add the minced beef, spring onions
and salt.
-
Add the white sauce and simmer for
5 minutes.
-
Scald the egg noodles and pour the
fried ingredients over.

Serve hot.
