French Veal Chops Recipes

veal rib chops

chopped onion

butter or margarine

dry white wine

soft bread crumbs

grated Parmesan cheese

butter, melted

Method :
  1. Sprinkle chops with 1/2 tsp salt and dash pepper; brown in 1 tbsp salad oil in small skillet.

  2. Place chopped onion in 9-inch pie plate; dot with 1 tbsp butter.

  3. Place chops on onion; pour wine over.

  4. Combine crumbs, cheese, and melted butter; sprinkle atop.

  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Serves 2
