Method :

In a large skillet, sauté the
hamburger over medium heat.

While the hamburger is cooking, slice
the onion.

Push the garlic through a garlic press
directly into the meat.

Add the onion.

Sauté until the onions have softened
and are lightly browned.

Blend the tomato paste into the meat
and sprinkle the flour over all.

Stir to combine, then slowly blend in
the water.

Add the stock cube and bring the
mixture to a boil, breaking up the stock cube, which will metl as
the water heats.

Cook 3-4 minutes, and then taste and
season with salt and pepper.

Blend in the sour cream and heat
through.
Serves 4
