Ingredients :

ghee

evaporated milk

piece ginger

shallots

pepper

cardamoms

piece cinnamon stick

coriander leaves, chopped finely

Method :
  1. Cut the beef and wash well.
  2. Pound the ginger and extract its juice.
  3. Pound the shallots and garlic finely and mix with the beef.
  4. Let it stand for 45 minutes.
  5. Heat ghee and add in the meat.
  6. Lower the flame and stir continuously until the beef is almost tender.
  7. Add in spices, salt and coriander leaves.
  8. Simmer until oil separates and the beef is tender.

Serves 6 - 8
