Roast Veal with Honey Glaze Recipes

nut of veal

apricot jam


soy sauce

freshly squeezed lemon juice

red wine vinegar

cracked black pepper

Method :

Secure veal with string and place in a shallow baking dish. Combine the jam, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and black pepper in a small saucepan over low heat, stir until well combined. Brush veal with the glaze and bake at 180C for 90 minutes. Baste veal with glaze every 15 minutes. Slice meat and serve with roasted vegetables.
