Method :
Secure veal with string and place in a
shallow baking dish. Combine the jam, honey, soy sauce,
lemon juice, vinegar and black pepper in a small saucepan over low
heat, stir until well combined. Brush veal with the glaze and bake at
180°C for 90 minutes. Baste veal with glaze every 15
minutes. Slice meat and serve with roasted
vegetables.
