Ingredients

2 chicken thighs
2 lemon slices
1 sprig of thyme
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
15g unsalted butter
1/4 cup white wine
for garnish
30g cherry tomatoes

Method:

1) Season chicken thighs with lemon slice, thyme, salt and pepper.

2) Heat up a non-stick pan with oil. Pan-fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Then deglaze the pan with white wine. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes in the pan.

3) Garnish and serve
