Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2-pound canned precooked ham, cubed
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 4-ounce jar pimentos, drained and chopped
1 8-ounce can mushrooms
6 to 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
Legal mayonnaise to taste
3 celery stalks, sliced
Method:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. (The casserole tastes even better the next day, after the flavors meld).
Makes 6-8 servings
