How do you “cool” your cookies ?

The cookies will be soft and “droopy” when you first remove them from the cookie sheet. They will become firmer and crisper as they cool. For quick, even cooling, place them on wire cooling racks. Let them cool thoroughly before stacking and storing them.
When they’ve cooled, heap the cookies up on a plate or tray and serve them with glasses of cold milk.
