Think about it. When you get up in the morning, it’s probably been twelve to fourteen hours since you had your last full meal. Your body has kept on working and using up fuel, but you’ve been fasting – going without food – more than half a day. That’s how “breakfast” got its name, by the way. It’s the meal in which you break the fast.
Doesn’t your body get any energy if you don’t eat breakfast?
