Rice Wrappers (Paper) – These thin, almost translucent wrappers are rolled around delectable fillings to make spring rolls, or lumpia, as they are called in the Philippines. Obtainable in Asian market/Asian grocery stores, they will need to be either dipped for a second in boiling water or brushed with beaten egg white to make them pliable enough to roll.
Rice Wrappers (Paper) is also used for wrapping summer rolls (spring rolls) in Vietnamese cuisine, rice wrapper (paper) is called banh trang.
