Almost any kind of leftover meat is good for snacks - sliced and served with crackers and mayonnaise or mustard. Add a side dish of pickles and olives. Ham, turkey, roast beef, and meat loaf are fine with crackers. So are bologna and other luncheon meats. Or put these on bread and make party sandwiches [...]
