1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried leaf thyme
1/4 tsp dried leaf basil
1/4 tsp chili powder
8-10 cups torn-up mixed salad greens
2 large oranges
1 large ripe avocado
4 green onions, sliced paper thin

Ingredients:
25g/ 1 oz butter or margarine, plus extra for greasing
500g/ 1 lb courgettes, grated
4 eggs, separated
