Method :
Beat the egg
in a bowl. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters. Cook them in
boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain them and chop them. In a
bowl, mix them with the breadcrumbs, sage, beaten egg, salt and pepper.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk. It should not be too wet,
but it must stick together in one lump.
We serve the
stuffing with pork.
