ground beef

egg yolk


grated carrot

finely chopped celery

chopped green pepper

finely chopped onion

steak sauce

hamburger buns, split and toasted

dash garlic salt (optional)

dash salt and pepper

Method :

Thoroughly combine all ingredients except buns; shape in 2 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on first side. Turn; broil 4 minutes more or to desired doneness. Serve in hot toasted buns. Offer slices of tomato and cucumber.
