Ingredients :
2 eggplants (thinly sliced)
1 large onion, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper (all thinly sliced)
2 shallots, 2 cloves garlic (all minced)
5cm ginger, 3 fishcakes (all thinly sliced)
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
30ml water
30ml oil
Method :
Saute minced ingredients until fragrant. Add ginger, then put in soy sauce and water. Stir in fish cakes and other ingredients. Stir well. Serve hot.
