Sweet Potato Casserole Recipes

8-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained

milk

butter or margarine, melted

raisins

orange marmalade

miniature marshmallows

dash salt

dash ground cinnamon

dash ground nutmeg

Method :

Mash potatoes; stir in milk and melted butter. Add raisins, orange marmalade, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Mix well. Place in a 2-cup casserole. Bake in a moderate oven (350C) for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes or till marshmallows are lightly browned.
