Cheese Ramekins Recipes

Ingredients :

3 ounces


1 cup

1 cup


sharp process American cheese, shredded

slightly beaten egg yolks

soft bread crumbs

milk, scalded

stiffly beaten egg whites

Method :

Reserve 2tbsp cheese. Mix remaining cheese, egg yolks, crumbs, and milk. Fold in egg whites. Turn into two 1.5 cup casseroles. Top with reserved cheese. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
