Cottage Cheese Omelet Recipes

Method :

  1. Beat 4 eggs till well mixed.

  2. Stir in 1/4 tsp salt, dash pepper, 3 tbsp milk, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with chives.

  3. Melt 1 tbsp butter or margarine in 8-inch skillet over medium heat; pour in egg mixture.

  4. As omelet cooks, lift edges and tip pan so uncooked mixture flows under cooked portion.

  5. When underside is lightly browned and omelet is set, turn out.

  6. Serve immediately.

Serves 2
