Method :

Beat 4 eggs till well mixed.

Stir in 1/4 tsp salt, dash pepper, 3
tbsp milk, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with chives.

Melt 1 tbsp butter or margarine in
8-inch skillet over medium heat; pour in egg mixture.

As omelet cooks, lift edges and tip
pan so uncooked mixture flows under cooked portion.
-
When underside is lightly browned and
omelet is set, turn out.

Serve immediately.
