Start with a clean
grill sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Turn heat to medium and place
washed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts on grill (no sauce yet) at
least 6 inches above the heat. Cover and cook five minutes; turn
chicken, cover and cook five minutes more. Brush chicken with a low-fat
barbecue sauce of your choice and cook thoroughly, turning and brushing
with sauce every five minutes, for about 20 minutes. Serve with barbecue
sauce.
