Braised Chicken In Ginger Wine Recipes

chicken drumsticks or breast pieces


black soy sauce

ginger wine

oyster sauce


knob vegetable fat


Method :

Cut the chicken pieces into reasonably sized serving portions. Heat the oil to a moderately high temperature and fry the chicken until the skins are golden brown. Drain and set aside. Place all the other ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot and add the chicken. Cover and allow to simmer for half an hour until the gravy thickens.
