Method :

Dip chicken breasts in the 1 tbsp
melted butter or margarine, then in the Parmesan cheese.

Melt remaining 2 tbsp butter in a
shallow pie plate.

Place chicken breasts, skin side up,
in pie plate.

Bake in a hot oven (400°) about 50
minutes or till chicken is tender.
-
Spoon drippings over chicken once or
twice during baking.

Cover with foil last 15 minutes if
necessary to prevent over browning.
