Chicken Breast with Tricolor Vegetables Recipes

red wine vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

chicken breast fillets

zucchini, sliced

yellow baby squash, cut into quarters

red capsicum, cut into thin strips

chopped dill

cracked black pepper

honey

tamari sauce

Leggo's tomato sauce

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
  2. Add the vinegar, wine and Worcestershire sauce, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken breasts and vegetables an cook the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the dill and pepper, toss vegetables and remove them with a slotted spoon, place in a warm oven.
  5. Add honey, tamari and tomato paste to the frying pan, increase the heat and cook for 2 minutes, turning the chicken frequently to coat well.
  6. Serve chicken with the pan sauce and place vegetables on the side of plate.

Serves 4
