Chicken Honey Rolls with Curry Seasoning Recipes

cracked wheat

onion, chopped
sultanas
curry powder
spinach leaves, finely chopped
chicken thigh fillets
honey
curry powder, extra
soy sauce
melted butter |
Method :
- Pour boiling water over cracked
wheat and soak for 30 minutes, drain.
- Melt 15g butter in a saucepan, add
onion, and sultanas, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add curry powder, cracked wheat
and spinach, stir over heat until spinach is tender.
- Place chicken thighs
skin-side-down on a flat surface, spread top with spinach mixture,
roll up, secure with a skewer.
- Place rolls on a greased baking
tray.
- Combine honey, curry powder, soy
sauce and melted butter in a small saucepan.
- Stir over low heat until honey has
melted, about 2 minutes.
- Brush each chicken roll with the
glaze.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes,
basting regularly with glaze.
