Ingredients :

Grind ingredients to paste:

evaporated milk

chicken, chopped into pieces

salt and pepper to taste

 

shallots

pips garlic

ginger

Method :
  1. Heat margarine.

  2. Fry paste ingredient until fragrant.

  3. Add potato and evaporated milk.

  4. Add chicken pieces and season with pepper and salt.

  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and bring to boil.

  6. Serve hot.

Serves 3-4
