Grind ingredients to paste:

evaporated milk
chicken, chopped into pieces
salt and pepper to taste
shallots
pips garlic
ginger
Heat margarine.
Fry paste ingredient until fragrant.
Add potato and evaporated milk.
Add chicken pieces and season with pepper and salt.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes and bring to boil.
Serve hot.
