Fried Chilied Chicken Recipes

red chilies
cloves garlic
shallots
piece ginger
piece fresh turmeric
salt to taste
oil for deep, frying |
Method :
- Wash the chicken and cut into bite
sized pieces.
- Heat oil and deep fry the chicken
until half cooked.
- Grind all the ingredients and set
aside.
- Mix in the salt.
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil and fry the
ground ingredients until fragrant.
- Add in the chicken pieces and mix
well.
- Cook until the chicken is tender.
- If the dish tends to be too dry
add some water but simmer till the gravy is thick before dishing
out.
Serves 6 - 8
