(8-oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained

chopped scallions

spoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

spoon ground ginger
Nonstick cooking spray
Sauce:
3/4 cup
defatted chicken broth
1/3 cup
ketchup or chili sauce
3 table
spoon seasoned rice vinegar
2 tea
spoon brown sugar
2 tea
spoon cornstarch
1/2 tea
spoon ground ginger

Method :
- Combine meatballs ingredients in a
medium-size bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking
spray.
- Shape meat mixture into 45 (1-inch) balls
and place meatballs on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes
or until cooked through.
- Transfer meatballs to a chafing dish,
crock-pot or heated casserole to keep warm.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small
saucepan and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
- Place over medium heat, stirring until
mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; stir for another minute
or until mixture thickens lightly.
- Pour sauce over meatballs, toss gently to
mix, and serve.
