2% low-fat milk
1/4 cup
Healthy Choice Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese ( fancy shredded )
Cayenne
pepper
Nonstick cooking spray

Method :
- Combine green pepper, onion, turkey
sausage, egg beaters, milk and cheese in a small bowl.
- Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking
spray.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet and scramble
over medium-high heat until consistency of egg is to your liking
- Spoon egg mixture into baked potato;
sprinkle with cayenne pepper to taste, if desired.
