Ingredients :

oven cooking bag

medium onion, chopped
1 stalk
celery, chopped

boneless, skinless chicken breasts (all visible fat removed)

water

package powdered Durkee chicken gravy (comes with its own cooking bag)
4 large
baking potatoes, peeled and chunked (optional)
4 large
carrots, cleaned and chunked

tea spoon poultry seasoning pepper to taste

Method :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Shake flour into cooking bag.
- Put all dry ingredients in bag and mix.
- Add water and mix with dry ingredients
- Place vegetables in bag (include potatoes
if you're not making twice baked potatoes with this meal)
- Place chicken on top of vegetables.
- Close the bag with tie provided and cut six
1-inch slits in top
- Place pan on middle rack of oven.
- Bake for 90 minutes, be sure bag is not
hanging over side of pan
