Method :

Remove the skin from chicken breasts.

In small skillet, brown chicken in
butter.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add sauterne.
-
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or
till tender.

Remove chicken; keep warm.

Add water to skillet, scraping browned
bits from bottom of pan.
-
Stir in onion dip till well blended.
-
To serve, arrange chicken on hot
cooked rice and pour the sauce over all.
