Ingredients :

1 tbsp
1/2 cup
2 tbsp
1/4 cup
small whole chicken breasts or 1 large chicken breast, split
butter or margarine
sauterne
water
dairy sour cream
French onion dip
hot cooked rice
Remove the skin from chicken breasts.
In small skillet, brown chicken in butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add sauterne.
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or till tender.
Remove chicken; keep warm.
Add water to skillet, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan.
Stir in onion dip till well blended.
To serve, arrange chicken on hot cooked rice and pour the sauce over all.
