ground cinnamon
pinch of

cooked brown rice |
Method :
- In a frying pan, heat the water and sauté the liver, spring onions, mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, cooked peas, stock cube and spices.
- Simmer, stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and stir constantly until heated through.
- Serve at once.
