Method :
- Cut the chicken meat into bite
sized pieces.
- Pound the ginger and extract its
juice.
- Season the chicken with 1
tablespoon tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ginger juice and
pepper.
- Slice sausage, wash and quarter
mushrooms.
- Season mushrooms with 1 tablespoon
tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2
teaspoon salt.
- Mix chicken meat with sausages and
mushrooms and add rice wine and pepper.
- Put ingredients in a heat proof
dish and steam over boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Serve garnished with chopped
coriander leaves.
