Steamed Chicken With Sausage Recipes

Ingredients :

chicken meat

piece ginger

tapioca flour

soy sauce

Chinese sausages

dried black mushrooms, soak in a little water



rice wine


Method :
  1. Cut the chicken meat into bite sized pieces.
  2. Pound the ginger and extract its juice.
  3. Season the chicken with 1 tablespoon tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ginger juice and pepper.
  4. Slice sausage, wash and quarter mushrooms.
  5. Season mushrooms with 1 tablespoon tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Mix chicken meat with sausages and mushrooms and add rice wine and pepper.
  7. Put ingredients in a heat proof dish and steam over boiling water for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
