Black Chicken Stewed with Milkvetch Recipes

Ingredients :

50g Milkvetch

1000g black chicken

10g leeks

10g ginger

cooking wine

Method :

Clean the chicken, blanch in a pot of boiling water and clean again. Rinse the milkvetch and stuff the chicken with it. Place the chicken in a stewpot with leeks, ginger, chicken stock, cooking wine and salt to taste. Stew on low heat until the chicken is tender. Season to serve.
