Ingredients :
550 g
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
pork
fish sauce
sugar
Chinese rice wine
Cut the pork into 3 cm strips.
Marinate for 2 hours in a mixture of fish sauce, sugar and rice wine.
Turn over every 30 minutes.
Grill the seasoned pork for 15 minutes on each side under a very slow grill.
Brush the pork with the seasoning every 5 minutes so that the meat will not be too dry.
Cook the remaining seasoning in a pan until thick and pour over the pork.
Serves 4 - 6
