Remove
head from celery. Trim the leaves. Section.
Cut
cabbage into thick strips.
Wash
dried duck thigh. Soak in hot water for 20 minutes. Bone and slice.
Heat 1
tbsp of oil. Add ginger duck slices and crushed garlic. Stir fry for
a while. Add cabbage and stir well. Sizzle wine. Then add seasoning
and stir well. Cover with lid and cook for a while. Add celery and
carrot shreds. Stir well and dish up.
