Duck with Celery and Cabbage Recipes

Ingredients :

1 stalk Chinese celery

225g cabbage

1 large dried duck thigh

1 tbsp carrot shreds

2 slices ginger, shredded

1 tsp crushed garlic

2 tsp white wine

Seasoning

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 cup of stock

Method :

  1. Remove head from celery. Trim the leaves. Section.

  2. Cut cabbage into thick strips.

  3. Wash dried duck thigh. Soak in hot water for 20 minutes. Bone and slice.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add ginger duck slices and crushed garlic. Stir fry for a while. Add cabbage and stir well. Sizzle wine. Then add seasoning and stir well. Cover with lid and cook for a while. Add celery and carrot shreds. Stir well and dish up.

Serves 2 - 4
