Ingredients :

duck pieces




pepper to taste

fresh coriander leaves

Method :
  1. Clean the duck and wipe dry.
  2. Place the duck in a deep casserole and add in water, and halved lemons.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 hours until the duck is very tender.
  5. Season to taste and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
