Shredded Pork With Tow Cheong Recipes

Ingredients :

350 g

1 teaspoon

2 teaspoons

2 teaspoons

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoons

pork

soy sauce

tapioca flour

rice wine

stalk spring onion, cut into 4 cm lengths

tow cheong

sugar

oil for deep frying

Method :
  1. Clean and shred the pork thinly.
  2. Season with mixture of soy sauce, tapioca flour and 1 teaspoon rice wine.
  3. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil and fry pork for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from oil and drain.
  6. Leave just 2 tablespoons oil in a pan.
  7. Heat and fry tow cheong for 3 minutes.
  8. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons water.
  9. Bring to boil.
  10. Add in 1/2 teaspoon rice wine and fried pork.
  11. Mix thoroughly.
  12. Add in the spring onion, season to taste and serve.

Serves 4 - 6
