Steamed Duck in Lotus Leaf Recipes

duck breast

slices or beef

cucumber, sliced

large lotus leaf

button mushrooms

carrot, sliced

soy sauce

piece ginger, pounded

salt and pepper to taste

abalone

Method :
  1. Marinate the duck meat with soy sauce, pounded ginger and pepper.
  2. Clean the lotus leaf and place the meat on it.
  3. Arrange abalone, sliced carrot, button mushrooms, slices of beef and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Wrap the lotus leaf and steam until well cooked.
  5. To serve, garnish with slices of cucumber.

Serves 4 - 6
