Stewed Mushroom and Chicken Feet Recipes

Ingredients :


2 teaspoons

1/2 tablespoon

6 cups



2 tablespoons

black mushrooms



chicken stock

chicken feet

stalks spring onions

sliced ginger

Method :
  1. Soak mushrooms in warm water.
  2. Drain and remove the stalks.
  3. Clean the chicken feet and boil.
  4. Mix well the chicken feet with chicken stock, vinegar, salt, spring onions and ginger.
  5. Place in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
  6. Add in the mushrooms and steam for another 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with plain boiled rice.

Serves 6 - 8
