Stir Fried Sesame Lamb Recipes

Ingredients :

lean lamb fillet

sunflower oil

shallots, sliced

red pepper, sliced

green pepper, sliced

clove garlic, finely chopped

light soy sauce

white rice vinegar

sugar

sesame seeds

freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. Trim any fat and silver skin from lamb fillet.

  2. Cut fillet into 0.5 cm cubes.

  3. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry lamb for 1-2 minutes or until browned.

  4. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  5. Stir fry shallots, pepper and garlic for 2 minutes or until just softened.

  6. Return lamb to wok with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and black pepper.

  7. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice and vegetables.
