Wonton Parmesan Crisps Recipes

Ingredients :

20 wonton skins, cut in half diagonally

2 tea spoon water

2 tea spoon olive oil

1 tea spoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tea spoon paprika

1/8 tea spoon garlic powder

2 tea spoon grated nonfat Parmesan cheese

Dash ground red pepper

Olive oil cooking spray


Method :

  1. Arrange wonton triangles in a single layer on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Combine water and next five ingredients; brush evenly onto triangles.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container

Yield : 40 crisps
