Cantonese Pickles Recipes

Ingredients :

600g turnip

300g carrot

3 cucumbers

 

Seasoning:

1 cup white sugar

1 cup white vinegar

1 tbsp salt

Method :

Peel the turnip and carrot, cut into cubes. Use 1 tbsp of salt to marinate for 20 minutes. Remove, rinse and drain. Clean the cucumbers, cut into cubes, and marinate them with 1/2 tsp of salt for 20 minutes. Remove and rinse. Mix sugar and vinegar, stir properly with chopsticks, and soak all the vegetable cubes for 6 hours. It tastes delicious.
