Cantonese Style Fried Noodles Recipes

Ingredients :

150g egg noodles

112.5g barbecued pork

150g green vegetables

2 chicken livers

1 bamboo shoot

spring onion

Seasoning :

1 tsp soy sauce

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

1/3 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp corn starch paste

Method :

Cook the egg noodles in boiling water till done, drain. Heat 3 tsp of oil in wok and fry the noodles over low heat till golden yellow. Flip the noodles, and fry till both sides golden yellow and fragrant. Dish to a plate. Cut the pork, green vegetables, chicken livers and bamboo shoots into pieces. Stir-fry with 2 tsp of oil, add seasoning, and pour over the noodles.
