Method :
Cook the
egg noodles in boiling water till done, drain. Heat 3 tsp of oil in wok
and fry the noodles over low heat till golden yellow. Flip the noodles,
and fry till both sides golden yellow and fragrant. Dish to a plate. Cut
the pork, green vegetables, chicken livers and bamboo shoots into pieces.
Stir-fry with 2 tsp of oil, add seasoning, and pour over the noodles.
