Chicken Claws with Fermented Bean Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

12 chicken claws

1 tbsp fermented beans

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1/2 tbsp chopped red chili

1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion

Seasoning:

1 tbsp cooking wine

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp water

1 tsp cornstarch

Method :

Cut off the chicken claws, and chop into 1 inch long. Scald with boiling water, drain and soak in 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce for 10 minutes. Heat 3 cups of oil, deep-fry chicken feet till golden yellow. Remove. Use 2 tbsp of oil to fry fermented beans, chili, and spring onion until fragrant. Add the chicken claws and stir-fry lates follow by seasoning. Place on a plate and steam for 30 minutes. Serve.
