Fried Rice Noodles with Beef Recipes

Ingredients :

150g tender beef

75g kale

75g ginger

3 pieces of flat rice noodles (ho-fen)

Seasoning A (to marinade the beef):

1 tsp soy sauce

1/3 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp cooking wine

1 tsp water

1 tsp cornstarch

Seasoning B (seasoning sauce):

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1/3 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp sugar

a little sesame oil

1 tbsp water

Method :

Cut the beef into thin slices. Add seasoning (A) for 10 minutes, and stir briskly in warm oil, drain. Cut kales into 1 inch long, cut ginger into slices and soak in cool water. Slice the Ho-Fen flat rice noodles to 3cm wide strips.

Heat the frying pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, and pour in all the beef, kale and ginger. At the same time, add seasoning (B) and Ho-Fen stripes, stir-fry thoroughly. Serve
