Method :
Cut the beef
into thin slices. Add seasoning (A) for 10 minutes, and stir briskly in
warm oil, drain. Cut kales into 1 inch long, cut ginger into slices and
soak in cool water. Slice the Ho-Fen flat rice noodles to 3cm wide strips.
Heat the frying
pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, and pour in all the beef, kale and ginger. At the
same time, add seasoning (B) and Ho-Fen stripes, stir-fry thoroughly.
