Method :
Cut the ham
into 4" x 4" thin slices. Mix with the pork, water chestnut, spring
onion, and seasoning. Stir well, this is the filling. Put a slice of ham
on the centre of each wrapper, follow by the filling. Pinch and seal the
edges. Put in the steamer with sealed-side face down to steam over high
heat for 8 minutes.
