Method :
Rinse and
drain the kales. Remove the withered leaves stem from green ones. Scald
in salt water. Boil half pan of water with 1 tsp of salt. Dip the kales
in the boiling water till soften. Remove and soak in cold water
immediately, dish on a plate. Mix the seasoning well in a small bowl,
pour over the kales.
Note :
Parboiling the vegetable till soften and rinse to cool, pour in cool water
immediately in order to keep the vegetable green.
