Kales in Oyster Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

375g kale

oyster sauce



2 tbsp oyster oil

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp sugar

pinch of salt

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp vinegar

Method :

Rinse and drain the kales. Remove the withered leaves stem from green ones. Scald in salt water. Boil half pan of water with 1 tsp of salt. Dip the kales in the boiling water till soften. Remove and soak in cold water immediately, dish on a plate. Mix the seasoning well in a small bowl, pour over the kales.

Note : Parboiling the vegetable till soften and rinse to cool, pour in cool water immediately in order to keep the vegetable green.
