Ingredients :

1000 gm plain flour

11 gm instant yeast

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup corn-oil

2.5 cup water

* Water dosage depends on flour quality

Method :

Mix flour and instant yeast together and dissolve the sugar in the water. Mix all the ingredients in the mixing bowl, then knead the dough becomes smooth and extensible. Scale the dough at 60 gm (2oz) each, round it and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and place the filling at the centre of the dough.

Wrap the filling by folding the edge of the dough with desired design. Then place each dough on a small piece of square grease-proof paper. Allow the pan doughs to rest for approximately 35 minutes. Place all the dough pieces in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.
