Pork Shao Mai Recipes

Ingredients :

300g minced pork

1/2 cup chopped steamed bamboo shoot

1 tbsp chopped spring onion

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp sugar

1 tbsp water

small amount of pepper, sesame oil

24 pieces of shao-mai skins

Method :

Mix minced pork, chopped bamboo shoot and spring onion with seasoning, stir in one direction till it forms a sticky paste, this is the filling. Divide into 24 portcons. Put the filling on each Shao-Mai skin, wrap up. Put in the steamer and steam for 6 minutes over high heat.
